"Pretty painless, even though I hate returns"
I had to send one item back because I managed to order the wrong size, which was totally on me, and then later I had a small warranty issue with another piece. I’ll be honest, I usually can’t stand dealing with customer support, but this was actually painless. They got back to me faster than I expected, though I wouldn’t say it felt super personal or anything. The return instructions were clear enough, and the warranty replacement was handled fairly without a bunch of back and forth. It wasn’t fancy service, but in a way that’s kind of what made it good, just simple, solid, and not annoying.

"I expected a lot better for the..."
I expected a lot better for the price. Right out of the box, the craftsmanship just felt off, some of the stitching was uneven, and a few of the edges looked rough, like it hadn’t been finished very carefully.
The material didn’t feel as sturdy as I was hoping either. After only light use, it already started looking worn — which was frustrating. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Pretty good, but not the toughest I’ve used"
Overall, it feels like a decent quality product and it gets the job done. Compared to a couple of others I’ve had before, though, it doesn’t seem quite as tough or durable. It’s fine for regular use, but I’m not sure how well it would hold up to heavier wear and tear.

Is it just me, or is waiting days for a support reply kind of frustrating? I had to keep following up just to get any updates, which made the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be.

A few things showed as available, so I went through the whole process thinking I could buy them. Then I found out they weren’t actually in stock. It felt like such a waste of time and energy, honestly. I really hope they get better about updating their inventory.

I ordered from lbtinc.com the shipping was quicker than I expected. I got the tracking info fast too, and for once it actually updated properly, which was a nice surprise.
The package showed up when it was supposed to, and everything inside was packed fine. Nothing was missing or damaged, so I don’t really have much to complain about there.
I’d say it was a reliable experience overall, though it didn’t exactly blow me away either. Still, it was simple, fast, and hassle-free, so I’d probably order from them again without overthinking it.

"Decent site, but the layout annoyed me"
The site works fine and the design is clean enough, but the layout could be better. I don’t have the patience to hunt around for things that should be easy to find.
